In this playful workshop, we dive into the colorful, unconventional world of British artist Grayson Perry. His bold blend of craftsmanship, humor, and social commentary is our inspiration as you design your own pot—an object that isn’t just beautiful, but also tells a story.

We explore his visual language, signature patterns, and sparkling narratives, and translate them step by step into your personal ceramic creation. 

With guided support, you’ll work with various ceramic techniques and experiment with English words, symbols, and stories that enrich your design. By the end of the day, you’ll have a unique pot—a fusion of Perry’s spirited universe and your own creativity.

No experience needed, just a taste for color, courage, and a day full of artistic discovery!

Note: Made objects can be picked up at VRIJDAG after firing, this will take 1-3 weeks.
