Favorites/inspirations

Julio’s work is inspired by a wide range of sources. He admires traditional, globally recognized landscape artists like William Turner and Giovanni Battista Piranesi. At the same time, he draws influence from more contemporary art forms, including graffiti art and artists such as Sophie Calle. This blend of the old and the new shapes his distinctive artistic approach.

Pride as an artist and teacher

Julio takes pride in his diverse teaching experiences, having had the privilege to work in various educational settings. From architecture students to young children, he has taught a wide range of groups, each time learning something new about art and its impact on others.
