This course is an exciting journey into the world of contemporary physical theatre, where you will learn to control your body, work with space, and interact with partners.
Over the course of 8 lessons, you will discover new movement possibilities, develop focus and responsiveness, and learn to express emotions and stories without words. We will explore body movement, improvisation, and stage composition.
Expect plenty of practice, creative tasks, and teamwork. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to experiment and explore new possibilities of your body. Don’t be afraid of movement, contemporary physical theatre for everyone.
What to bring with you?
- Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement (sportswear or any comfortable outfit, but no jeans).
- Basic physical readiness: you should be able to move freely and be open to new physical challenges.
