You want to delve into acting. Take to the stage as an actor. In this course you will train yourself in learning to play credibly, scene building, transforming into characters, playing together and above all discovering yourself as an actor.

This theatre course includes 8 classes, but you can also follow this as a continuing course by enrolling yourself every 8 lessons.  

The English-language program for theater is as follows:

  • Starting in September, we begin with a class series of acting training by Anna-Marije.
  • Starting in November, we focus on contemporary physical theatre with Kateryna and Pavlo.
  • Starting in January is a class series of acting training again with Afra.
  • Starting in March to end the season, we work from play sessions towards a performance for audience on June 2, with Els.

FAQ

Making theatre is something you do in a safe environment and with a trusted group. Therefore, once a course has started, it is not possible to take a trial lesson. We can try to give you a look at the start of a course, but we look at this per course and at an individual level. Please contact cursus@bijvrijdag.nl for more information.
